Our Founder

Practitioner by trade, advisor by design, leader by nature, Gary O’Brien is an internationally experienced senior leader with a proven track record in large-scale transformations. He excels in helping organizations redesign their operating models to accelerate value delivery to customers.

With over 30 years of experience, including 14 years of consulting at Thoughtworks, Gary has partnered with senior executive teams across the globe to diagnose and resolve key operational challenges, helping organisations to take advantage of an ever changing technology landscape.
